Level 1 introduces and strengthens foundational postures that form the basis of an alignment-centered practice.
Classes move deliberately, emphasizing clarity and stability in how you enter, hold, and exit each pose. You’ll learn to use props skillfully and develop body awareness that supports all other classes. This class is well suited for beginners, as well as experienced practitioners who wish to refine and deepen their foundations.
Level 2 is for students who feel comfortable in the foundational postures and are ready to expand their practice.
These classes continue to build on standing poses while introducing a broader range of seated postures, twists, forward extensions, and backbends. Inversions and their alternatives are regularly taught. The emphasis shifts toward greater subtlety, precision, and internal awareness.
Classical Vinyasa is a steady, challenging flow practice inspired by the structure of the Ashtanga Primary Series.
Students move continuously through a set progression of postures, building strength, stamina, and concentration. This class is best suited for students with at least six months of yoga experience who feel comfortable modifying poses and working within their own limitations.
Restorative classes invite deep rest and nervous system regulation through fully supported postures held for longer periods of time.
Using generous props and careful setup, the body is encouraged to release effort and settle into quiet awareness. While gentle, this practice is not without depth — students often find that restorative work cultivates a different kind of attention and patience.
Gentle All Levels classes are designed to support ease and mobility through slow, attentive movement.
Postures are approached gradually, with an emphasis on breath and the subtle organization of the body. Expect a steady, unhurried pace and a practice that leaves you feeling open, grounded, and restored.
Women’s Essentials attends to the rhythms and needs of the female body across different stages of life—from menstruation through pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
Taught in the Iyengar method, the practice is adapted to support these transitions—offering postures and variations that nourish, regulate, and restore. While open to all, the class centers the lived experience of the female body. As with any yoga practice, the benefits extend to anyone who attends.
Teacher’s Class is for yoga teachers (or students ready to think like yoga teachers) who wish to learn how to see bodies and understand poses more deeply. COMING FALL 2026
Led by a senior teacher with over a decade of teacher training experience, this class explores how different bodies approach the same posture and how thoughtful sequencing and observation can transform a practice.
Students will leave with practical insights that enrich both personal practice and teaching.
Therapeutics focuses on common areas of discomfort such as low back pain, neck and shoulder tension, and joint sensitivity. COMING FALL 2026

If you are working with a serious injury or condition, please reach out prior to attending.
Open Studio offers dedicated time for self-directed practice without formal instruction and is available to monthly members only.
During these hours, the studio is open for quiet individual work, allowing students to explore their own practice at a pace and depth that feels appropriate.
A teacher is on-site during Open Studio to answer questions or offer brief guidance when needed, but they are often practicing alongside students. This time is intended to support independence, continuity, and integration, and is an important complement to guided classes.
